I hunted down some of my oldest work, which I wrote when I was just a kid. It sucks, but I thought it might be nice to post it here to show you how much I've grown (I hope).

Welcome to my live journal! This is the first post I have ever made on this thing. To tell you the truth, I have no idea what I'm doing.
I suppose I ought to list my stories. I have never compiled a full list of ALL my fanfic stories, but I have them in several different fandoms, and the work spans several years.
I don't even have all the files, so I will have to link to them.
In the meantime, I'll say something about myself. I don't generally like to let anyone know about my true identity because I like to keep you all guessing. Also, if any of my friends from real life happened to surf the net, I don't want to them to know who I am. Yes, I am a closet fanfic writer.
What I will tell you is this:
I am in my early twenties and am a college graduate and have a bachelors of arts. (You can probably figure out from the type of degree that I am American). Currently, I'm a grad student, who conforms to the typical midwestern grad student image. (I like to look trendy, exercise and drink beer "in moderation.")
My favorite movies tend to be epics like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and Braveheart, but I don't always think these are the best movies Hollywood produces. I just enjoy them most.
I got my start in the world of fanfiction when I was 13. I stumbled across some Star Wars fanfic, and found that a lot of it was quite good. I wrote for a few fanzines (printed collections of fanfic stories), but I was only 13 so I wasn't very good. I produced pariodes, mostly. Most of the published internet stories have disappeared from the internet.
I then tried to write in Buffy, but there were so many good authors already that I never found my niche. I began to write for Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter several years ago, and that is where I have settled.
